I recently sold my house and use Jenny as my realtor. From start to finish, she made the sale of my house a breeze. She's very attentive, responded quickly to all of my questions, and maintained a positive and professional attitude throughout the whole process. Started working with Jennifer and I told her my budget she found me a home got me in with the seller and closed I few thousand under my loan all under 2 months witch was also vary impressive. 5 stars for sure, thank you again for the opportunity to work with you and Move in my new home.
My brother and I were out of state buyers so it was really important for us to work with someone we really could trust. Jennifer exceeded expectations. She has a high sense of integrity and she always had our best interest at heart. We had several issues with closing (all of which was out of her control) and she managed them so easily. She was proactive and communicated with us so we always knew where things stood. She’s so helpful, transparent, and responsive. We could not be happier.
Jennifer was great! She was extremely knowledgeable in determining the right price to list our land and able to answer any questions any potential investor buyers had. She is very familiar with zoning guidelines which was very help in the sale of this property. She is definitely not your ordinary relator but an expert in her field.
